10 Pull-ups
15 Push press
20 Squats
Time: 22:28
One of my fighters got an Olympic weight set and this rack pully thing. Anyway it has a pull up bar, can’t do great kips on it but it works.
His time was 21:41
We normally run sprints on Sunday’s but since he had some equipment I tought we’d give a CrossFit workout a try.
The runs killed me today. Still working to get my cardio back.
Hey Mark,
You inspired me to give “Linda” a go today.
I don’t have a scale but my bodyweight usually ranges from 168 to 172 so I did it as though my weight was 175.
Deadlift= 265
Bench= 175
Squat Clean= 135
Time: 19:50
Breck-
Good job on “Linda”. Glad I could inspire someone.
55 Deadlifts at 265, YIKES! I bet you felt like a man of steel after that.
