Hello CrossFit Jenks Crew,
Awesome Job Nicole, Linda, Breck, Mark, Kevin, Loren, and Danny. I am stoked about your results and the honor you showed to the Navy Chiefs WOD “The CHIEF” The rounds you completed were spectacular. You are truly a motivating and inspiring force. Breck and Loren knocking out 5 rounds is fitness freakish. I am a little fired up at myself; perhaps I could have gutted through at least one or two cycles at 5 rounds, but slacked. Maybe next time, as it is easy to consider this when you are not oxygen deprived carrying a tachycardic heart rate. Great job again to all of you. Hope to get in another WOD soon and I look forward to read your results.

“The CHIEF” as RXd
4 rds all 5 cycles
Total rounds = 20
The “Chief” tomahawked me. I have a sprained left wrist, stiff lower left back, two ripped up shins, and red warrior marks (soon to be bruises) on both shoulders and on my lower neck. What’s bizarre is I am looking forward to tonights WOD and Helens wrath.
sorry to hear about the injuries Tim, you’re tougher than me though. The push presses last night gimped up my already gimpy wrist. taking the night off.
Helen for Ginny
500 m row (subbed for running due to leg)
21 Kettlebell
12 pull ups
Time: 13:24ish
I would much prefer to run rather than row on Helen. My arms were burning the whole time, which I guess you could say is a good thing. Plus my feet kept getting caught in the straps! I need to work on my transitions. 🙂
