  1. Hello CrossFit Jenks Crew,
    Hope all is well, you’re posting some strong times. Nicole you are smoking on GRACE and Breck does that put you above Trey now?

    Well I was able to perform GRACE, but I am still a little mad at myself as I busted a 4:10 as RXd with Clean and Jerk. I was really hoping to get in the 3 minute time frame after looking at Breck’s time. I think I will be able to do it next time, but as always it is a lot easier said as I am not drenching with sweat inhaling every molecule of air into my lungs within a 10 yard square footage area and slinging 135lbs over my head. We’ll see!

    Did you all notice Coach Berry in the background of today’s Video on CF HQ site performing the full squat clean and jerks at the games with a big fat 155lbs. Get some Coach!

    Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB Out

  2. Race for the Cure 5K
    28:59 (PR)

    First time ever under 29 and my third consecutive 5K PR, but my legs were dead after all those squats yesterday.

    Way to go Mark! That’s an awesome time.

  3. “FGB”

    Started on Box Jumps, otherwise as Rx’d

    Score= 429

    OkieDB, That “Grace” time doesn’t put me above Trey and it didn’t even get me on the board. I have to beat a 2:07 to get on the board.

    Mark and Jeff, Outstanding on the 5km’s today! What was your previous 5km PR Mark?

    Great job to everyone on “FGB” today! I believe everyone got a PR! Now the true test will be next Saturday when everyone has to start with wall ball and see who will prevail. Get Ready!

  4. Breck,
    I ran a 27:01 5K back in the Spring. It was nice and cool here this morning. Race time was 7:30am, and the course was flat as a pancake all the way.
