“Murph”

For time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

The 11:00am Free Introductory Class is canceled today.

The gym will be closed Monday, May 30th for Memorial Day.

  1. Santiago is the MAN. All with the vest like a champ. My time was 48:56. Partitioned in 5 rounds of 20 40 60. And by 60 I mean three mini sets of 20. Thanks, Murph for serving our country.

    Subbed pull ups for sit ups due to ripped hands and I’m tired of ring rows lol

    I don’t remember how I split up my sets. I just went with it and wrote them down until I finished.

    Thank you Aaron (my fiance) for everything you’ve done for our country and serving over seas to keep us safe in the States.

  6. I reccommend reading the Lone Survivor. Written about Lt. Michael Murphy’s Seal team that took on several hundred Taliban. A book that every Crossfitter and American should read.

  8. Congrats to all the CFJ competitors, Breck, Denver, Paige & Christina and to Ginny King of CFOKC for making the cut (top 14) for the final day at regionals. Good luck tomorrow – we want to see all of you make it to the games!!
