Just a friendly reminder that we will not be holding our regular CrossFit classes today. Instead, join Linda for some Boot Camp action! All are welcome and class times will be the same (9am &10am). The 11am Free introductory class is canceled.

Once you’re finished with your workout, head to Bixby and support the CFJ crew and all of the competitors battling it out in the Spartan Challenge!
