    20 sit ups w/med ball

    3 wall climbs (or15 knee raises)

    1 bear crawl down to water fountain and back

    Tabata sit ups (20 secs work, 10 secs rest for 8 rds)
    (I accidently had them do 10 rds!!!)

    They just make my shoulder hurt.
