    5 sets: 185/205/225/235/245- completed all sets

    Would have placed me 10th in 2012. Overall master women’s time: 9:26. Smokin!

  5. Cluster: hung out at 185#, focused on touch n go and technique

    WOD w/ 115#

    20 tire flips at 400# and called it a day. Need some rest!

    195-205-215-225-235(failed last rep)

    WOD with 185# bench in place of 15 Cleans then went down to 155# for last 15
