      Completed 6 – 400 meter runs and 100 strict pushups.

    “Compare to” – last time I did this WOD, I did 5 banded pull-ups each round because I didn’t do my first pull-up until August 2017

    total: 100 reps
    – After dropping on 6th set of pullups I had 2:15 to run a 400m and get back… I tried… I walked.. light headed and dizzy. Would love to do this when it’s not 100F.
    Next time I need to hang on for a few more kipping pullups because I won’t get many (if any) on a 7th round, not worth expending that extra energy to run.

    compared to 2014: I kipped with the lightest band – total of 71. So neat to see the progress 🙂
