15 Ring or bar dips MRX 10 Ring or bar dips
Max rep GHD sit-ups/T2B (alternate rounds) MRX Sit-ups/Knee raises (alternate)
*No rest between rounds

CrossFit Jenks is so excited to be hosting our 15th CrossFit Open! The 2025 CrossFit Open is for EVERYONE no matter your skill level. Whatever your into, competing against your peers, challenging yourself, conquering a new skill or qualifying for a spot to the next level, we encourage you to SIGN UP (make sure to list CFJ as your Team and affiliate)!

The Open will run for 3 weeks this year from February 27th-March 17th, 2024.

The first workout (25.1) will be released Thursday, February 27th! This is the game plan for CrossFit Jenks:

Friday: The Open WOD will be the Workout of the Day. The workout will be ran in two heats in all the classes.

Saturday: 8am & 9am- Regular CFJ classes; 10am-12pm- Open WOD

Sunday: 11am-1pm- CFJ Open Sunday Showdown. This will be our big community event and we would love to see as many of you as possible!  Bring your friends and family to cheer you on, it’s going to be an awesome atmosphere!

    15 GHD & 10 TTB for alternate rounds
    Last round did 25 GHD

    10×5 @ 105#

    WOD: Did a mixture of rope climbs and chin-ups
    Strict bar dips and ring dips
    GHD and T2B about 50 total.

      WOD
      Completed 10 rope climbs 12 ft and felt too tired to safely do them. Did 4 rope pull ups from the floor.
      60 bar dips with a red band.
      52 sit ups
      35 knee raises

  3. Jessica Van De Wiele

    Strength strict press all @ 65#

    WOD
    1 rope climb
    10 dips w/ band
    Max knee raises & max sit-ups
    35/37/40 & 30/32/46

  4. EMOM for 10 mins: 5 strict press
    Completed w/ 115# for all
