As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

7 Right arm dumbbell power snatches (Men 45 lbs, Women 25 lbs)

7 Left arm dumbbell power snatches (Men 45 lbs, Women 25 lbs)

3 Muscle ups

  1. WOD: subbed 6 pull ups and 6 bar dips with smallest band for muscle ups
    5 rounds + 1 pull up

    DB power snatch 5 sets of 3 each arm: 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 (failed on last rep of 45)

  2. db power snatch 5×3=35,45,55,65,75 (only 2 with left arm on 75#)
    wod-6 rounds
    subbed 9 pullups and 9 ring dips for mu

  3. Wod. 6 rounds + 2 left arm snatches in about 10 min. Tweaked my back and walked/layed around for the last five min.

    tried to sub 3 MU with 6 PLU+6 bar dips..ended up with
    3 rds w/ 14 25# sntaches + 3 PLU + 6 dips (skinny purple band)
    2 rds w/ 14 25# snatches + 6 dips

    WOD 4 rounds + all 7 db power snatch on r&l
    Had one double fail on muscle ups.

  6. Okay, after watching that video, in which I appeared to be resting THE ENTIRE TIME, my new goal is to no longer rest my hands on my knees. It’s a simple goal, one that everyone else seems to have mastered. Thank you for that video, Breck!

    As Rx’d:
    4 rounds + 1 muscle up
    Today was my first WOD to do as Rx’d with muscle ups!!!! I only missed one. Huge victory!

    not as much luck with 106 lbs though

    WOD NOT as Rx’d: 8 rounds + 11 DB P SN

    Allison,
    I timed how many seconds I appeared in the video and compared that to how many seconds I was working vs resting. Then I did the same for you. Our work/rest ratios were almost exactly the same. Your resting looked way more awesome than my resting though.
