Props to everyone that does this today. I scaled but I am proud that I finished.

  2. Thanks Nicole:) I was trying for a faster time but quickly realized that the “Terrific Tabata” was still reminding me how terrific it is even after taking off 2 days to try to let my quads recover from that onslaught Monday.

Basically just fell to the ground after completing that and didn’t bother to look at clock! That was an accomplishment for me to just come and complete all of that today! Great job to everyone!

  7. Should have listened to my instincts and made it my rest day!
One of the harder weeks that I can remember!
    Walked 4 laps
    Push ups 28
    Sit ups 45
The rest I pretty much goofed off!

  8. 1.5 mile- 13:46
    24 push ups
    40 sit ups

    Wod 55# DNF
Never quit a workout before… Tossed in the towel after the 20 push press in the 8th minute. That was dumb. Booooo.
Good job to all who pushed through!!

  9. Half-assed today

    1.5 mile run: 11:54
    Push ups: 50
    Sit ups: 64

    Airforce WOD:
Even used #75 and still quit after g2o

The instructor at 930 sucked. Didn’t really inspire me at all so I quit

  10. NOPE!!

I told myself 2 years ago that I would NEVER do “The Airforce Wod” again – and I’m sticking to my word…….

It’s the most evil of all WOD’s…..for me.

  14. Air Force Fitness Test
    1.5 mile run= 11:11
    1 min max push-ups= 30
    1 min max sit-ups= 53
    Air Force WOD as rx’d
    11:54
Took 4 or 5 min to get those damn OHS. Rough, rough week, Okie! So happy for the weekend!

  15. Air Force Fitness Test:

1.5 mile run = 14:46 (You are welcome 5:30 class for me taking so long and all of you
    getting a little extra rest!)
    1 min max push ups = 25
    1 min max sit ups = 22

WOD w/45# and only 10 reps of everything

11:00 (did this same weight and reps 2 years ago and was 2 minutes faster–now
2 minutes slower and 2 years older)

I missed qualifying for the Air Force on the run by about 25 seconds and 2 push ups but
23 sit ups…sit ups hard not using my arms!!
This was the worst ever even with my tiny little weight and 1/2 the reps!
Impressed with everyone who did RX!!!
