  1. Strength: FS @ 155# and lunge @115#

    WOD w/ Rx weight and burpee C2B instead of MU
    20:00 total time without finisher
    All rounds about the same
    Squats unbroken, pullup movements very broken
    Finisher: 25 reps

  2. Garage wod EARLY and solo, not so fun!! But I tried 🙂
    Front squat tempo at 115#

    Wod as rxd
    Burpee c2b instead of bar mu’s for 1st round, all else rx
    About ~4:30, 4:30, 4:00 each round
    Finisher w 45# barbell
    31 reps

  3. 3 Tempo Front Squats @ 140# and 6 Front Rack Alt/Stationery Lunges @ 85#

    MOD WOD w/ burpee C2B = 18:13 – 6 mins of rest = 12:13

    Finisher = 33 lunges

    TGIF!!

  4. Tempo Front squats and lunges @105#(first set) then 115# for rest
    WOD w/105#,95#,75# (thought i had 115# on there the whole 4 min we had before WOD then realized it once i was stripping off first set of weight that it was only 105#)

    WOD RX, but only got 3 bar M/U’s in before 5 mins.

    WOD with 85, 65, 55 and c2b and no burpees on first round
    Can’t remember my times but it was pretty pathetic!

    WOD rx’d w/ burp C2B instead of MU’s. Only got to 3 pull-ups at time cap, did 23 lunges then went and finished pull-ups.
