    Did a few RMU progressions the first 3-4 minutes then went to the rings…got 6/9 for singles. Pretty happy with that for bot having done them in quite some time

    No abs today, had to take my truck to the dealership. I will get my abs in tomorrow

    Need to build up my triceps again.
