    3 DB strict press + 3 front squats + 4 alt snatch
    35-40-45-50 x 3
    WOD
    4 DB strict press (35#)
    8 KB SDHP (70#)
    12 DB front squats (35#)
    8 rds + 7 reps

  2. Strength 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185.
    Didn’t want to push the knee to hard.

    WOD RX weight with air squats
    11 rounds + 11 reps

  3. Strength: front squat from floor
    3@165, 2@185, 2@205, 1@215, 1@225(f)

    WOD Rx:
    2 rnds + back pain
    45 cal bike
