  1. hey all, in Dallas today for funeral. I ran with u guys in spirit this morning, 5K treadmill run in 29:10. hope everyone did great at the race!

    my respects to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree and other unnamed soldiers whose battle scars may not be physical, but are real none the less.

    This is a PR for me!
    I have been following the “zone” nutrition program really strict during the weekdays for about the past month and it is paying off!!

  4. OSU Osteopatic Scrub Run 5km this morning.
    Time: 33:40 (PR)
    2nd in age group 55-59
    From Breck’s posting, it’s obvious we should all join the ZONE.
    Crossfit has made me stronger and faster (in Oct my 5k was 43:54 minutes& I have only done 3 since then)
    I am really going to try the Zone.. My goal is to beat 30 minutes in my hometown
    5k Wildflower run in May.
    Breck – Congratultions. Nikki we missed you this morning at the run.
    Danny, great job on your treadill 5k~ We all look forward to seeing you back at Crossfit Jenks next week.
