100 Day Burpee Countdown Challenge

The CrossFit Games Open 11.3 WOD will be held for all CrossFit Games Open competitors from 8am to 10am tomorrow, Saturday, April 9th.  There will be no heat times assigned.  Just show up between 8am and no later than 9:30am for the Open WOD 11.3.

The 9am regular class will be canceled but we will still be offering the 10am class.
