Seeing how my 1RM is 165 I scored low.

    WOD 79

It was a great workout. I think I brought the intensity but I just need to increase my squat clean max weight. Need to increase my strength and that’s why I’m here.

  2. WOD as RX’d for ladies
    100

My 1RM is 135 so I decided to go with the ladies version, still ended up stuck at 115 as I was just worn out and I only hit myself in the mouth with the bar once… 😀

Let me see if I scored this right.

    12@95 = 12 pts
    11@105 = 11 pts
    9@115 = 9 pts
    6@125 = 6 pts
    8@135 = 21 pts
    4@155 = 20 pts

    79 pts total right?

  4. WOD up to 115#’s

Monica and Jenn it was fun working with you guys this morning!

  5. Well aparently I can’t add very well after a workout….I originally miscounted by 10 points I think.

    17@55 = 17
    13@85 = 39
    12@95 = 60
    11@115 = 88
    8@125 = 96
    7@135 = 119
    Total = 419 points

    Great job 5 am!

  6. I am going to put up a sign up sheet for meals to bless Nicole & Breck after the baby arrives. Look for it near the front desk & sign up if you can! I will call you the day before as a reminder!
    Thanks!

It would have been fun if Breck was singing “Oh I’m a lumber jack and I’m okay” from Monty Python. I think I would have scored higher.
