  1. WOD as Rx’d today, stopped at 35mins with 30 deadlifts complete on my way back.
    Miserable grind today, I feel like head butting whomever thought up wall balls as a Crossfit exercise.

  2. Mod WOD = 29:25…..did 50 calorie rows and all other exercises I did 1/2 the amount of reps. Did box step overs and jumping bar dips.

  3. 2 rounds for time of:
    20 wall ball shots
    20 burpees
    20 push ups
    20 military sit ups
    20 KB swings
    20 double unders
    20 one-arm alternating snatches

    10 front squats with 95#
    8 front squats with 115#
    Bear complex with 115#
