WOD as Rx’d today, stopped at 35mins with 30 deadlifts complete on my way back.
Miserable grind today, I feel like head butting whomever thought up wall balls as a Crossfit exercise.
Mod WOD = 29:25…..did 50 calorie rows and all other exercises I did 1/2 the amount of reps. Did box step overs and jumping bar dips.
