    40 GHD’s

    Strength: Worked up to 95# on each lift (PS, OHS, & HSS)
    *Also worked on Single Dumbbell OHS – very light…very light

    WOD MRx (did 24″ BJO and did GHD’s in place of T2B)
    *Teamed up with Brian

    Got 9 of 10 reps in the Hand Squat Snatch (in our set of 10’s)

  3. My nutrition coach cut some of my food this week, so feeling it’s effects today towards the end of my cut. Did some of the strength up to 75#.
