    Mayhem Murph Prep
    3 10 minute AMRAPS w/5 min rest in between (done in 14# best)
    1: 200m run then 10 strict pull-ups
    2: 200m run then 20 push-ups
    3: 200m run then 30 air squats
    Ended up with 10 total rounds and 2500 meters

    KP Power abs then headed to OKC Go Cowgirls!
