Dumbbell Squats or Barbell Front Squats 
Bar Facing Burpees

1 Rep Max Clean

*Dumbbell Loads = 50/35 MRX 35/20lbs
*Barbell Loads = 115/75 MRX 85/55

  1. WOD w/15# Dumbbells
    At 12 minutes did 8 OB burpees did all burpees games standard with only one exception
    Then did 3 cleans every minute for10 minutes
    Did first two sets with 45# and 8 sets with 65#

  7. Clearly not my day today…grabbed DBs from the 35# slot but didn’t notice until after the WPD and I was putting them away that they were actually only 30#s

    Right upper back still bothering me from HOA and apparently it’s more than just on overhead and pull up movements. 🙁

    Trying to tell myself to be patient and work on some other things for a bit to give my back a chance to heal up. Not something I do well.
