Team WOD: In 2 Athlete teams
30min AMRAP:
15 Deadlifts 185/125 MRX 155/105
15 Box Jump Overs 24/20 MRX 20/18
15 GHD Sit-Ups MRX 15 Anchored Ab-Mat Sit-ups
**Continuous 500m Row**
One athlete works on the Deadlifts, Box Jumps, and Sit-ups while the other Rows. Once the Rowing athlete finishes 500m they switch roles and continue accumulating rounds and reps for the entire 30 minutes. Final score is total rounds and reps for the team. If a 3-person team, 2 Row at a time and work triplet together.

    15+27 was what we had marked but doubting that after seeing scores Great partner Wod no matter what!❤️

  3. WOD w/Chrissy (anchored sit-ups for her and GHDs for me)
    9 rounds + 311/500m

    Some oblique ab work

    Chrissy did some drills for pull-up progressions and kipping

    I did some thruster work
    5@95, 3@115, 2@125, 2@135, 1@145 and 1@155

    Finished with 4 sets of 6@95#

    Chrissy finished with getting 2 pull-ups!!!!
