Man Coach, all I can say is that as I was knocking out this WOD I was wishing it was 5, 10, 15 reps. I guess I have gotten in the “CINDY” mold of 5, 10, 15.
Way to break it up and adjust the reps to keep it constantly varied. New KB was sweet.
Coach B that was an exceptional time yesterday. Are you performing all your pull-ups chest-to-bar to prepare for the games?
This was a good tough Saturday WOD I thought.

I would like to point out that my loving husband secretly switched my 35lb kettlebell to a 40 lb kettlebell for round five and six during a set of wall ball. I wouldn’t have noticed, but the 40lb KB was making a clinking sound I hadn’t heard the first four rounds. The weight didn’t feel much different. You win Kody, I’ll will use 40lbs from here on out…until you switch me to 45lbs. 🙂
This was my first visit to a true CrossFit gym and I was impressed with the progression of the exercises in comparison to what can be achieved at the Y facility.
My thanks to Coach Breck, Nicole and everyone else for the warm welcome. By the way Allison, you run faster than you think! OK, I am a bit of a lightweight but am looking forward to the day I can man-up to the prescibed “womens” weights.
Ginny you need a whip ha ha
