  3. Hello CF Jenks CrossFitters,
Loren, Breck, and Kevin those are great times. I do not usually have times to shoot for since I do my WODs so early, but today I started late. Man I went after your times but could not top them. Outstanding job. It sure made me push it harder having a time to go after. No luck though.

I must confess I am a little sore after “MURPH” with a 20lb vest and I put a trampoline together for my kids yesterday and we had some great fun (man they are fun and wear you out), but no excuses.

OkieDB as RXd TIME = 16:23 Never walked, 1st 2 sets of snatches unbroken, last 3 sets broken with 10 reps then 5 reps

Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB Out

  4. Christina came over and we did a 3 mile jog then

    50-40-30-20-10
    Push-ups
    Sit-ups
    Squats

We discovered that it is really hard to motivate yourself to do a CF WOD when you’re in a mosquito-infested backyard and your neighbors watch you scream and grunt from their balcony. Not our finest hour.

I have literally felt sick since I left the gym. I am more sore than I have been in months. I think this dandy workout plus “Murph” yesterday did quite a number on my body. Wow.
