Happy Birthday Stowers! Good wod, but I was expecting something like 2,500 wallballs for time.

  3. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
    30 Double unders
    1 squat snatch @ 165#
    15 rds + 30 du’s + 1 freaking missed snatch as time ran out.

Happy b-day, Stowers. I think 2,500 wallballs sounds better than 450 DUs and (in my case) many missed snatches.

  5. Thanks for all the bday wishes. Little CF, little golf, little barley pop! Good day! If it wasn’t for a missed snatch I’m batting 1000.

  6. Not to get religious or anything, but front and oh squats are tools of the devil. Happy Birthday Stowers!

  10. “The Stowers’ Tower of Power”
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
    30 Double unders
    3 Squat snatch (65 lbs)

    5 rounds + 30 du’s

Hmmm.. it appears, after looking at everyone’s posts, that I did NOT do very well on this one. Need some serious practice on doubles and squat snatches for that matter.

Happy Birthday Matt! Hope it was wonderful.

  11. 10 Rounds for time:
    10 Burpees
    10 Sit-ups

    Time: 17:13

It’s hard to be motivated when you’re alone, at the Y, in the cardio room, watching people slowly trudge on the treadmill.

    Happy Birthday, Stowers!
