There will be no regular class at 9:00am but we will still be having the 10:00am class for all members that are not in the CrossFit Open. Heat times will be 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 & 9:30am. I am embarrassed to say that I did this with 45lb DB’s and that i did it in 29:30! sad, sad, suffer on saturday!
