Moore

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
Run 400 meters
Max rep Handstand push-up

Post number of handstand push-ups completed for each round to responses.

  1. WOD: w/ 2 ab mats

    HSPU total: 21

    4 rounds. 3 rope climbs @ 3/4 of the way to the top. 4th rop climb all the way to the top.

    Power cleans: 2 @ 125 lbs – unable to jerk

    Jerk max 1 @ 115

  2. WOD as Rx’d
    12-12-8-8-8-4=52 total

    Muscle snatch x1
    65-75-85-95-115
    Power snatch x3
    115-125-135-145-155
    Squat snatch x5
    155-155-160

  3. Find one rep max for the snatch: ummm, did it.

    then

    “Moore” As Rx’d: 6-10-8-6-7-5
    Total=42

    Very, very bad at those. I managed to fall off the wall on the first set which might have cost me a whopping 3-4 reps.
