30 Sit-ups (anchored with fingers interlaced behind the head)
20 Med ball cleans (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
10 Handstand push-ups

    Warm-Up:
    *400M Run (it was so cold this morning!)
    *Ring Around the Cage (run, high knees, skip, 15 situps, 15 push-ups…..)

    WOD’s
    *Hot Potato w/ 14# WB (15-10-5 Burpees if holding the ball)
    *AMRAP in 10-12ish Min:
    – 10 Burpee Vertical Jumps to Cage
    – 3 Stair Runs
    – 15 WB Shots (14#)
    = 4 Rounds + 10 Burpee Vertical Jumps
    *4 Rounds for Time:
    – 40 Double Unders
    – 10 Knees to Elbows
    = 7:50?
    *Tabata Sprints (Indoor….thank you for having mercy on us Christina and letting us run inside!)

    WOD:
    4 Snatch pulls at 135lbs
    10 kb swing @ 70 lbs
    20 box jumps
    Every 8 mins. total of 5 rds
    1:15-1:40 each rd.

    Also ran 1 mile 7:53
    Worked on back squats
