    First time I got to the top on 15′ rope! Yay!
    In WOD, got 3 to top, rest were 1/2-3/4 high. Tough combo.

  3. Warm up – 40, 45# hang power cleans against the rack. Working bar path, scoop the pockets not bounce the pockets.
