    Strength Deadlifts did Regular and Sumo Sets, but moderate weight nothing crazy.
    6 @245 – 4@315 – 2@345 – 1@365 – 1@385

    WOD 18:15 at 315lbs and 5 Strict C2B pull-ups in place of rope climb.

    Core & Grip Development = Complete The L-sits were down to 10sec sets. Forever

    WOD: w/ 255# (no way I’m going to do 25 @ 315# when my PR prior to today was 305#) & 2x 10′ rope climbs (first time climbing the rope! I think I can try 15′ next time!)
