    I’d like to call this an “active recovery” WOD, but truth be told I was actually really trying up until the thrusters… and then I stood around a lot.

  3. Yesterday’s strength
    Deadlift 1×5@275, 4×5@295
    Reset each rep and unbelted. Both make the lift much more difficult for me.
