30 Wallball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball) (10.5 foot target)
30 Squat snatches (Men 75 lbs, Women 45 lbs)(movement initiates with barbell below the knees)

Post time to responses.

There will be an 8am and 10am class offered on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28th.  All other classes will be canceled.  Have a safe and great Memorial Day weekend!
