There will be one class today at 10:00am.  All other classes are canceled.  

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    800m Run (some walking did occur this last 800)
    WITH 30lb “baby” weight vest : )

    Didnt split it up in a good way. Next time will definently do 20 rds of “Cindy”.
    5?:?? Have no idea what my final time was.
    Was wondering why i felt so far behind on this then realized before running the last mile that I ended up doing an extra 100 squats…
