    Wod as rx’d

    Did 1 round at 8:31 and called it good. I’m picking a fight with a guy at 11

    On the way out saw Jennifer Connelly….she’s sooo gorgeous. But her man looks like Justin Bieber except Biebs is more muscular pretty sure

  2. Forced myself to only do squat cleans today
    Up to 150# failed getting out of hole @155×2
    WOD rx’d
    Made it to 15 C2B

  3. Squat clean: 245# (10# PR)
    flopped around with it for about 5 minutes before I finally got it. Methods of failure included:
    – revieving the bar with my upper throat
    – attempting to recieve the bar in the back squat position
    – “Pablo Sandoval” style weight belt explosion (YouTube it)
    – slip and slide shoulders

    WOD w/ pullups, rows were all in <4:00
    1 rd + 1000m row in 19 minutes. Put some effort into the last 200m of the row and gave up on trying more thrusters.

  4. 10 mile run
    Power clean 140# (current PR)
    Wod w attempted c2b, mainly reg- so sore
    Made it through 2nd round of 50 thrusters
    Well done Shannon!!

    85-105-135-145-155-165-175-180 (failed out of the squat x 2)
    Power Clean @ 180 (pr)
