    A BIG congratulations to all CF Jenks Master’s Athletes that competed in the Master’s Qualifiers. To make the top 200 out of 10,000-25,000 or more competitors in a very competitive worldwide master’s competition and then complete the tough WODs displays excellent CrossFit capacity, commitment, dedication etc..
    Great Job. Keep up the hard work, smart training, stay humble, and keep growing yourself and the community. Congrats again.

    Used 95# for squat cleans the whole WOD

    100 pistols for time
    Used a bench 6:03

    WOD:
    21-15-9
    Pistols (used rack for full range of motion)
    Hspu (used 1 ab mat for 21 then 2 ab mats)
    Ab mat sit ups

    ** 7 burpees every 2 minutes
    15:13 (7 sets of burpees)
