– 200m Run / Row or 0.5km A-Bike

– 400m Run / Row or 1km A-Bike
– 10 T2B
*3 Rounds of DT
– 800m Run / Row or 2km A-Bike

*1 Round of DT = 12 Deadlifts + 9 Hang Power Clean + 6 S2O
Barbell Loads = 155/105lbs RX+ 205/135 MRX 115/75

    Strength: 6 sets of 3DL to 2 hang clean to 1 S2O
    2 sets w/ 155; 2 sets w/ 175; 2 sets w/ 195 (each of these failed S2O)

    WOD as rxd – rowed (Breck added 2 minutes to time cap)
    At 20 minutes completed the 3rd round of DT’s 9 hang power cleans

    At 18:00: completed 8 HPC of 2/3 rds of DT
    At 20:00: completed 7 HPC of 3/3 rds of DT
    Completed 2 HPC and 6 S2O after “cap”

  3. Strength: 3 DL to 2 HPC to 1 S2O
    115-165-185-205-225 (failed HPCs; called it good)

    WOD MRx:
    Finished 5th round of DT at 20:XX
