    On number 7 of the first 9 MUs lost control at the top and took a fall. From then on it was singles at best but finished using rings.
    Time: 11:30 🙁
    Frustrated so had Breck restart the clock. Took a 5 minute rest and repeated, but did bar MUs this time.

    Odd: Squat snatch to OHS to 105
    Even: ring MU practice
    Got 7! False grip. I have only ever done a few strict ring in the open years ago, so this is def a PR for me. Chuffed. Sorry for the squirmy scream when I got up there, I was excited! Thank you for the pointers Nicole and Steph 🙂
