    WOD rx – knee didn’t touch the ground some. Trying to keep from banging them on the ground
    Finished with the 4 DP

  4. Sumo DL
    – 395,315,335,335,335. Broke up the third round 2-1, so I stayed at that weight. Used a mix grip and was a bit unbalance. Use a neutral grip on sumo next time

    WOD – Finished 3 devil’s press in round of 6. RX
