  2. Awe Inspiring & Impressive numbers/lbs Loren and Breck.

I was stoked that my wrist could bear 185lbs. This ties my PR. You two crushed all joy. Great JOB.

Coach Breck, as the Berry Farm Comp closes as well as the games I wanted to know if perhaps you would be making us some super special WODs for our Saturday longer harder WODs. If not a personal creation by yourself, perhaps FRELEN this Saturday and EVA next Saturday. I am hoping for some new brutal WOD you create or even perhaps even one of the tough Regional Competition WODs. I have also put in one I created as a possible choice.

However my mood was spoiled a little…Stephen drank out of my water bottle and that’s just gross

Way to PR it on the front squats

my time expired early tonight, so I had to cut it short:

First time to max out on front squats. My front squat max is more than my back squat max. I think that means I should back squat max again.

Kelsey – you are a front squatting fool! I was in awe. 🙂 Great job!
