    1. PLU’s: 30 (23 unbroken pr, then hand ripped. Should have had 40 at least)
    2. Squats: 72
    3. Ring Dips: 20
    4. Burpees: 25
    5. Double Unders: 95 (cash cow)
    6. Pushups: 25 (burned out from Murph)
    7. Sit ups: 50
    8. Row: 36 cals
    9. Back Ext: 10 (didn’t want to adjust the machine)
    10. Box Jump: 43

    Total: 406 PR (Frustrated cause I know I could have done better without some set backs but can’t wait to do this again and Pr it.
