  1. CF Jenks, especially Denver and Nicole, today is the first day I have had access/the ability to check the internet since I have been here in the Afghanistan Theater. I have been moving around alot to FOBs and COPs and hoping you and your Regionals Team training is going well. Sorry so long to contact you. I also just read at the CFHSV site the regional WODs. The WODs should be good for CF Jenks and I know Denver and Nicole have worked these areas super hard and Breck is getting the team ready.
Super duper rooting for the CF Jenks Team. God Bless. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! OkieDB Out

  2. DB Snatches x 2 each arm – 15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 (f on 4th rep)

WOD w/30# and very shallow bar dips = 6:41

    Ran an 800 afterward, untimed

  3. DB snatch x2 each arm
    20-25-30-35-40-45-50(F)

    WOD: 1st round w/35# then 40# on 2nd and 3rd round.
    10 ring dips per round

    11:??

  4. Good to see your post OkieDB! As you know, I did not qualify for the Games this year. I did not train for it, but I will train this year to qualify in 2013. After the open, I FINALLY got the technique for the toes to bar..a little too late! (There were 145 women in the 60+ age category at the start of the open this year…I finished 26th..& only the top 20 qualified for the games). One of the ladies posted a max deadlift of 250# & her body weight was 125).
I watched your scores in the open and you did awesome!

Stay SAFE OkieDB!!!!..train hard, train smart, train to survive!
    Go CF Jenks Team!
