30 Double Push-Up Burpee Pull-Ups

Score is each time individually and total time. You start immediately after the 5K.

    Ran to end of high school football stadium and back = appx 1.9 miles
    Rowed 2500m
    Total time = 27:59

    30 burpee double push-up, double pull-ups = 36:30 or 37:30 maybe??? Don’t remember….I guess my brain had too much cardio. 🙂

  2. Tear this WOD up today CF Jenks. One of my favorites, wish I could do it with you. Stay mentally strong and push yourself today. Avoid being comfortable. Look forward at reading the results.

    (First time to ever row more than 2,000m, and it was just as terrible as it sounds) ha!
    + 30 double push up/pull ups

    I forgot to note my total time. In the upper 30’s.
