    * Went out way too hot on first 400- note to self, don’t try to run with Chandler and Natalie

    WOD rx – 9:11, unbroken with slow runs. 1 min over PR
    Finisher completed with 55# KB, don’t remember time. Slow

    DB floor press 25# – 10reps
    E2MOM x 5

    Wod RX(minus) – 18:38
    35# KB (unbroken) w/kipping pull ups (purple band jumping from ground)

    400m w/35# KB (no penalties)
