    Restraining rope climbs. New footwork and got some great advice from Breck and Alec. Figured it out on the last set.

      1. I have read a lot of crazy posts on here but when someone claims they received “great advice” from Alec, we have reached a whole new level. I’m sure this advice was as sound as when Alec tried to tell us how eggs cause diabetes. . . .

    12:13 .. math was quite a conundrum. Also a super friendly reminder of my weakness in rope climbs

    Did not look at clock for completion time – took two attempts to get last Jerk. Think 14:__ .
