    3: 3 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerk + 5 L Pull-ups + 5 Strict HSPU’s + 10 Cal Bike
    4: 3 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerk + 5 Bar MU’s + 5 Ring Dips + 10 Cal Ski
    5: 3 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerk + 5 Ring MU’s + 5 Parallette Strict Head to Floor HSPU’s + 10 Cal Bike
