  5. Bench 5-4-3 @125-145-155 then tried to lean the pullover. Let’s just say I got up there but was almost in tears when attempting to get over. I am certain I will be able to do one for my team when they need it but hopefully it only needs to be 1.

    11 reps each round to finish with 55 total reps
