Max Calorie Bike or Ski (alternate for a total of 3 each)
*Wall Ball Shots are to be done unbroken (decrease ball 4# if not unbroken)

Rest 1 minute between rounds and also after the last round, then:

    Everyone in 12 class took off and did so well on that run- fun to watch you all from wayyy back behind you

    *Got through 4 rounds unbroken and for me – i’ll take it
    *last two rounds were split 15/10 and that took all i had

    Rx – 48 cals
    was strictly a wall ball workout for me – i had nothing left for those silly machines
