    -2 Split Jerks (135#x2 – 155#x4) – wanted to really work bringing the bar back down from the 1st rep and exploding into the 2nd rep….if that makes sense

    Able to keep strict press ub, pullups unbroken until 8 ascending. I had 4 or 5 no reps in there on pullups. Tough challenge but fun. Great work nooners! Daniel, meh.
