Knew I messed something up when I finished at 18:03 ahead of Katie and Steph so did another round from 11 to 1. Time 21:41
Steph thinks a missed a round from 6 to 1 after pull-ups so I redid that. 18:03 + :45 (6-1)= 18:48
All I know is that I got a great workout in!!!
