In honor of First Sergeant Tobias Meister, 30, of Jenks, Oklahoma. First Sergeant Meister was killed on December 28th, 2005 when an Improvised Explosive Device detonated near his Humvee during combat operations south of Asadabad, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 321st Civil Affairs Brigade, San Antonio, Texas. First Sergeant Meister is survived by his wife, Alicia and his son, William of Jenks, Oklahoma.

    Grateful and humbled to do this Wod in honor of Sgt. Meister, especially knowing how dear he was to one of our own. Beyond grateful for you, Camper, and all of your girls. 🙂

    Returned @ 4:30 to repeat with Heather & Maddy. Used 95# this time. Girls had slight mods… let them set the pace. Made it to the air squats.

    Thank you all for the kind words and thank you for continuing to program this Breck. Always uplifting to do this WOD with my CFJ Family. Truly humbling that such amazing people take time out of their day to honor 1SG Meister.
